09/05/17 – Knowledge is Key.

I spent the morning attending some training on how to operate some new systems that had recently been installed on some of our sites.

The training was designed to provide us with some information about the different aspects and requirements of the equipment including the different changes that were made and how these affect the process.

The only issue with the training was that the person who was leading it , is very confident in working on the equipment and was going into far to much detail for us and I didn’t quite understand it all,  but  luckily we had some booklets produced that help us to understand the systems.
